Account and billing
For account access, billing, plan changes, and contract questions, contact Bundata Support through your account dashboard or the email provided when you signed up. Support response times depend on your plan.
Technical support
For technical issues—extraction failures, API errors, connector setup, or schema design—use the in-app support channel or your designated support email. Include:
- Workspace or account identifier
- What you were doing (UI steps or API call)
- Error message or unexpected behavior
- Relevant document type or schema name (without sensitive data)
