Where to find us

Bundata maintains community channels for discussion, use-case sharing, and product feedback. Links are available from the main Bundata website or your account dashboard. Use them to:

  • Ask questions about extraction, schemas, Vector Catalog, and workflows
  • Share how you use Bundata for contracts, invoices, legal docs, or operational records
  • Report bugs or suggest features (formal support still goes through Support)

Contributing feedback

Product and documentation feedback help us improve. When sharing:

  • Describe your use case and what you expected vs. what happened
  • Avoid posting sensitive data or credentials
  • Check existing docs and Glossary first when possible
