Current status of the Bundata platform, including API, Platform UI, extraction, and Vector Catalog.

Where to check status

Real-time status and incident updates are published on the Bundata Status page. The URL is provided in your account dashboard and in support communications. Use it to:

  • See operational status for API, UI, extraction pipelines, and Vector Catalog
  • Read incident reports and planned maintenance windows
  • Subscribe to updates (e.g. email or RSS) if offered

During an incident

If you suspect an outage:

  1. Check the Status page for known issues
  2. Confirm your API key, network, and request format using Error codes and Error handling
  3. Contact Support with your workspace and a short description if the issue is not listed
