What a row means
Open Catalog from the sidebar. A collection row shows type, schema, status, and how many vectors it holds. Status Processing means the index is not ready. Indexed means search can use that collection. Last updated is not proof that extraction finished.
Publications and results
Publications and Results are separate views on this screen. A publication is a saved output location. It is not the citation you open from an answer.
