Overview and contract

Overview is the first tab. Contract is where the schema, roles, and chunking live. The URL may say contract even when an older link said schema or discovery.

Counts and progress

Collection overview with counts and related catalogs
Overview states document, vector, and field counts, and whether the contract is active. Related catalogs and Workspace Graph are on this tab.

Overview shows document, field, and vector counts, and whether processing is still running. A count of zero means that stage has not produced rows. It does not mean the button you pressed failed. Refresh reads the current status. Submitting the same approval again is a new submission, not a refresh.

Contract

Active extraction contract and field coverage
Contract lists the fields this collection extracts. Completeness is how many of those fields are healthy. It is not an answer score.

Contract lists fields, roles, and chunking parameters. Chunking may be shown as JSON. That JSON is a view of the stored parameters. It is not an editor. Coverage shows which fields have values and which are missing. A missing-field filter limits the list. It does not delete the field.

Pending, accepted, confirmed, and uncertain are review states. Accepted metadata is not extracted text, and it is not an index.

Embedding and index

The embedding profile is the model and dimensions already used by the collection. Changing a Context Policy does not change this profile and does not rebuild vectors. Index status says whether those vectors are searchable. Related collections are other collections that share values or contract shape. A related name is not a source passage.
