Explore groups the collection. The lens is By Field Value, By Chunk Role, or By Tag. A lens is missing when that kind of data is not on the collection.

Groups

Open a group to see the documents or values in it. A pivot is another grouping of that same set. The group is not a new collection.

Scope

Filtering Documents changes which files are listed. Search inside an explicit document set uses only that set. If the scope is empty or invalid, retrieval stays blocked. It does not fall back to every document in the collection. Leave the scope only by clearing it on purpose.
